We will have knowledge experts in five categories
We have more news about the upcoming 2023 Seattle IT Vendor Forum. It’s set to take place on Tuesday, September 19 at Seattle City Hall’s Bertha Knight Landes conference room from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. We’ll have a program to tell you about our strategic outlook, we will service light refreshments, and then we will give you the opportunity to pitch your ideas and ask questions about our needs for your help in the future. At this event in the past, we’ve had a few categories that we will use to provide subject experts. Those are outlined below. Please take a look and then register to let us know you are coming.
Software Development: Building, testing, and maintaining products that meet the technical specifications and user requirements of our clients, including applications, GIS, frameworks, and bug-fixing.
Cybersecurity: Every aspect of protecting the City of Seattle and its departments from cyber threats and attacks. This includes having the tools and processes to evaluate security risks, secure the confidential information of customers, and protect the City from external attacks to bolster the City commitment to protect the privacy of Seattle residents using regional government services.
City Projects: The process of managing, planning, and developing information technology projects for our City department clients. This will include a forecast of upcoming projects. This robust function in government technology is essential to infuse new ideas, processes, and tools into ongoing work and upcoming projects.
Recruitment and Hiring: A snapshot of open positions and our screening and hiring process. Find out who and what we are looking for now and down the road.
Contracting with the City: An introduction to doing business with the City of Seattle. Our entire contracts and procurement team will be on hand to answer your questions about marketing a product or service or winning a contract with the City.
We look forward to seeing you on September 19.
